Fee Fie Foe Fum...

It happens quickly. One day you have the precious new born who's so cute a little.. Then *WHAM!!* It hits you that your little bundle isn't that little anymore! OK- well in Riley's case, he was never that little.

So enough about my MAMMOTH baby... Congrats goes out to Heather and family (John's cousin in Flagstaff) who had a beautiful baby girl last Thursday! Welcome Annalise Kiri!!!

In this corner- Annalise Kiri, weighing in at 6lbs 6oz.
And in this corner- Riley Asher, weighing in at 14lbs 12oz

Ok.. did you really believe me when I said "enough of my MAMMOTH baby" cuz I lied.. Here's another picture of him.. Sitting in his Bumbo and playing with the hanging toys!

Riley is adorable and he's getting so big. I can't believe it's almost been 3 months since he was born. Time flies.

I love those Bumbos. Ben's head barely clears the back - Riley is a big boy!! He's adorable :-)

Aren't you already getting a little nostalgic? It's also crazy to think he's literally doubled in size in just three months. I'm just glad that doesn't happen once you get older!

I must say, when I see new babies that are around 7#, I always remember back that Trav and Chey were once that size! Then there's Riley!!! He was still in utero when he was that size! Boy does he make Annalise look small!! He sure is handsome there and so focused on his toys from his Bumbo!! Great picture!

I love the pic of Riley in the bumbo. So cute! He does look big next to his cousin--but in a couple more months you'll look back at these pics and think how small he was! And guess what, it never ends. Just last night I was looking at A thinking she must have grown another couple of inches overnight! And she's already a quarter of the way to driving!! (Don't get me started!)

ok... so i realize he's not a toddler yet, but seriously.. he looks so big next to a new born.. I still considered him a new born, but seeing Annalise made me re-evaluate his status!

See, your Riley looks tiny compared to my niece now, who is just 8 months old! All in perspective though. :) Riley is definitely still a newborn.
